Description
Pool Re Services Limited are conducting early engagement to scope it's Mobile Device Refresh program for the next three years. Pool Re currently employees 50-60 members of staff, each of whom are equipped with a mobile phone (currently an Apple iPhone) There is currently not a refresh cycle/program in place, and devices are purchased as and when needed. We are looking to establish a dedicated Mobile Device Refresh program with the below high-level requirements: - Refresh devices every five (5) years (or when out of scope for software updates) - Not brand specific at this time - but specification of device will change during life of contract if new technologies emerge - If possible - Supplier will be able to recycle old devices, and possibly resell to create a residual value pot. - Contract to last approx 3 years (with possible extensions) during which time, 80% of devices will be refreshed. - No deployment needed, as our IT team can deploy devices.
