Description

Pool Re currently hold a mobile contract with Virgin Media O2, which expires in July 2025. Each Pool Re member of staff has a company-issued mobile device, or can use their own device for company purposes. We expect up to sixty (60) connections during the duration of this agreement. Pool Re are tendering to meet the below requirements: - An initial 24-month agreement - Leading network providers - if a change of network provider, the seamless transfer of mobile telephone numbers to a new network. - Up to 60 mobile connections, which can be increased during the agreement. - New connections to be charged only when made live - currently have 55 connections live. - Excellent UK coverage for 4G and 5G - Unlimited calls and texts - Group Shared Data Bundle (up to 500GB per month) - Possibility of a hardware fund for future mobile device requirements Additionally, Pool Re may require, in its absolute discretion, the supplier to provide additional related services and/or expand services during the lifetime of the contract in order to meet future changes in demands/needs or new initiatives. Any modification in respect of additional / expanded services shall be in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
