Pool Re is seeking to establish it's first framework for the provision of Recruitment Services. The framework shall provide a consistent, transparent and governed approach to the sourcing of recruitment services, supporting Pool Re’s current and future workforce needs whilst ensuring compliance, quality and value for money. The Recruitment Framework will support recruitment activity across the organisation and will be structured into 9 Lots as per departmental recruitment needs. The Lots are not exclusive, and Tenderers may bid to be appointed to one and/or more Lots. It is intended that a maximum of three (3) Tenderers per Lot will be appointed to the Framework.
This function provides legal advice and corporate governance support across the organisation. Roles may include legal counsel, company secretariat, governance and regulatory specialists supporting PRA/FCA regulated activity.

Responsible for financial management, reporting, and stewardship of Pool Re’s assets. Roles may range from accountants and finance analysts to investment and treasury.
