WinAContract is a trading name of eSourcing Data Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate a free-to-use public sector contract search platform at winacontract.co.uk, aggregating contract notices from Contracts Finder, Find a Tender Service, and other UK procurement sources.
By accessing or using WinAContract, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
WinAContract is provided for lawful business purposes. You may use the platform to search, view and monitor UK public sector procurement notices. You may not:
ā¢ Scrape, copy or systematically download contract data for redistribution or resale without our written permission ā¢ Use automated tools to access the platform in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems ā¢ Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the platform ā¢ Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
3. Accuracy of information
Contract notices on WinAContract are sourced from official UK government procurement portals. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any contract information.
You should always verify contract details directly with the contracting authority before submitting a bid. WinAContract accepts no liability for decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.
4. Intellectual property
The WinAContract platform, including its design, code, written content, branding and functionality, is owned by eSourcing Data Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Contract notice content is sourced from public procurement portals and remains the property of the respective contracting authorities and Crown Copyright where applicable.
5. Third-party links
WinAContract contains links to third-party websites including official procurement portals, contracting authority websites and BidWriter (bid.winacontract.com). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those websites.
6. BidWriter integration
WinAContract integrates with BidWriter (bid.winacontract.com), a separate AI-powered bid writing service operated by eSourcing Data Ltd. BidWriter has its own terms of service and subscription fees. Use of BidWriter is subject to those separate terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
WinAContract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that contract data is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSourcing Data Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of WinAContract, including but not limited to lost profits, missed contract opportunities, or data loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the date of last update at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
