Providers appointed to the Framework will provide services in respect of the specialisms required for the specific Lot(s) to which they are appointed. In the event that advice is required on the law of a foreign jurisdiction, the Provider and Pool Re shall agree in advance and in writing the approach to be taken in delivering the advice.
