G-Cloud is Crown Commercial Service's framework for cloud-based digital services, currently G-Cloud 14 (refreshes typically every 12-18 months). Three lots: Cloud Hosting (Lot 1), Cloud Software (Lot 2), Cloud Support (Lot 3). Suppliers create service listings on the Digital Marketplace; buyers search, shortlist three, run a documented mini-competition (or direct award where the framework permits). Lower entry barrier than most frameworks — no minimum revenue or track-record requirement.
