PA23-introduced list of suppliers banned from UK public contracts.
The Central Debarment List, introduced by the Procurement Act 2023, is the UK's public register of suppliers debarred from being awarded public contracts. Maintained by the Procurement Review Unit at the Cabinet Office. Suppliers can be debarred for serious offences (fraud, modern slavery, tax non-compliance) or for breach of contract on a previous public contract. Listed suppliers are excluded from all UK public procurement for the debarment period, typically 5 years.
