North Yorkshire Council are looking to establish a closed framework for the provision of Bed-Based Intermediate Care Services. The framework will have a maximum duration of 4 years (2 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months and then a further 12 months). The framework will be established under the Light Touch Regime. The framework will be divided into 4 geographical Lots and there will be a maximum of 3 providers appointed to each Lot. Estimated annual spend of £117,000. 3.8. The estimated annual value of each of the lots is detailed above this is based on historical usage. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume or frequency of orders made to any supplier. 3.9. The supplier must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and in order to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other suppliers in the event of service failure, excessive lead times or change in quality etc. 3.10. The contract will be for a 2-year period commencing on 01 July 2026. The contracts may be extended for a further 3 year period (2 + 1 + 1 +1 Year) subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term. 3.11. AGH Solutions Ltd, on behalf of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, intends to procure a contestable works partner associated with the provision of a new 33/11kV electricity connection to support the new hospital development of Airedale General Hospital. The scope will include the design, supply, installation and commissioning of approximately 4.3km of 33kV underground cabling and associated fibre communications infrastructure, all required civil engineering and reinstatement works, the construction and fit out of a new on site 33/11kV primary metering substation, installation of two 15/30MVA transformers, protection and control systems, SCADA integration, earthing, testing, and all related activities necessary to deliver a fully compliant contestable connection up to the defined Point of Connection. The contractor will be required to coordinate with Northern Powergrid and any statutory undertakers as necessary to ensure the delivery of an adoptable, standards compliant asset, the contractor must also hold all appropriate regulatory certificates and registrations aligned to NERS/ENA standards. The Trust expressly reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 and any other applicable legislation, to amend, vary, or otherwise modify the programme of works at any stage. Furthermore, should the scope of the project require expansion to accommodate additional or ancillary works and services necessary to achieve the desired outcome, the Trust may, at its sole discretion, increase the estimated fee by up to 50%. Any such adjustment shall be affected in a manner that is fair, transparent, and compliant with all relevant procurement regulations and statutory requirements. Bradford Children & Families Trust (BCFT) intends to procure a new Open Framework Agreement for the provision of Supported Accommodation and Support Services for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25, including looked-after children, care leavers, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). The proposed Framework will support the delivery of a wide range of accommodation models and associated support designed to promote independence, improve outcomes, and reduce off-framework placements. BCFT seeks to work with providers who can demonstrate continuous improvement in delivering value for money by adopting efficient and innovative approaches to meet the needs of children and young people. Providers must be able to deliver services in accordance with the Children Act 1989, the Care Leavers (England) Regulations 2010, and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, among other statutory requirements. The will consist of 5 Lots, which are as follows: Lot 2: Single Occupancy / Supported Tenancy, Lot 3: Specialist UASC Accommodation (Shared & Single), Lot 4: Emergency and Crisis Accommodation, Lot 5: Supported Accommodation in Private Residence (Supported Lodgings), and Lot 6: Outreach and Floating Support. The Framework will commence from 1st December 2026, for a period of up to 8 years.

The Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) is seeking to appoint an experienced care provider to deliver integrated care services at Hartrigg Oaks, a continuing care retirement community in York comprising 152 bungalows and a 43-bed residential and nursing care home (The Oaks). The scope includes: •In-home (domiciliary) care, including personal care, domestic support and 24/7 emergency response •Residential and nursing care within The Oaks care home The appointed provider will be contracted by JRHT and will assume full responsibility for the delivery, safety and quality of care services, including clinical governance, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. The provider must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for all relevant regulated activities. JRHT will retain ownership of the estate, with operational responsibility for care services transferring to the appointed provider. The contract aims to deliver high-quality, person-centred and integrated care, with payment based on a fixed fee model subject to adjustment based on actual service delivery. This competitive provider selection process has multiple gateways as described in this notice. <br/><br/>The NHS Healthier You Programme procurement comprises of the following:<br/>• NHS Healthier You Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing ("BSOP) Service"): Targeted support for individuals prescribed pharmacotherapy GLP-1 medications as approved in a Primary Care setting by NICE. Service Users provided with the BSOP Service are referred to as the "BSOP Cohort".<br/>• NHS Healthier You Diabetes Prevention Programme ("DPP Service"): Support for individuals identified as at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of YPO is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to combine the scopes of the National Framework for Civils and Infrastructure and the National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation, replacing the existing two Frameworks. The current Civils and Infrastructure Framework is set to expire May 2026, the current Demolition Framework is set to expire upon execution of this procurement. It is proposed that this new Framework will be for a four year term from September 2026. The Framework intends to appoint a number of Contractors to provide a full range of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works, Demolition works and Land Preparation works. The resulting Framework will be UK wide and will be available to all Public Sector Bodies. It is anticipated that, while the Framework Agreement is governed by the English Law, the Contracting Authority may, during the first 2-weeks of the tendering period introduce Scottish Law to form a part of the Framework Agreement Terms and Conditions. This is to support compliance with the applicable legal requirements in Scotland. The Contracting Authority will communicate this information to Bidders, in a transparent and proportionate manner.
