St Leger Homes of Doncaster Limited (SLHD) is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO), established in 2005 to manage the City of Doncaster Council’s housing stock. St Leger Homes manages over 20,000 Council homes throughout the City of Doncaster. The intent of this contract is to appoint a suitably qualified provider that will carry out monthly Ad-Hoc scaffolding assurance inspection audits for St Leger Homes of Doncaster Limited (SLHD), throughout the City of Doncaster.

BMBC Administers Disabled Facilities Grant adaptations for Privately Owned, Housing Association or Private Rented properties in Barnsley. The existing framework for design, build and installation of ramps ceased 31st March 2028. The DFG Team process around 30 modular ramped access installations per year, to include low level threshold door and other associated works. The annual expenditure is anticipated to be around £100,000 per annum. The ramped access referrals come from the Occupational Therapy Team, who will medically assess a person's requirements for level access to and from a property, if deemed that a modular ramped access would meet their current and long term need, a recommendation is made to the DFG Team to process a Disabled Facilities Grant to fund all or part of the costings towards the installation or the modular ramped access.

The National Wealth Fund (NWF) is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide climate physical risk assessment services, including a digital tool/platform and associated implementation, support and knowledge transfer.
The service will enable NWF to identify, assess, quantify and interpret physical climate risks (both acute and chronic) across its investment portfolio at asset, transaction and portfolio level. The solution must support end‑to‑end workflow capability, including data ingestion, risk modelling, visualisation, portfolio aggregation and translation of climate risks into financial and credit impacts.
Suppliers must provide a robust, transparent and auditable methodology, with clear documentation of underlying data sources, assumptions and limitations. Outputs must be suitable for investment decision‑making, portfolio monitoring and reporting, including provision of technical and financial risk metrics, mapping and scenario‑based analysis.
The scope includes onboarding, configuration, user support and training, alongside comprehensive knowledge transfer to ensure NWF can independently operate and interpret the solution. The Supplier is expected to deliver high‑quality outputs aligned to public sector governance, auditability and data security requirements.
The Contract will support NWF in embedding climate risk considerations into investment processes, strengthening risk management capability and supporting its strategic objective to address climate change and deliver sustainable economic growth.

National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026
Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of YPO is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to combine the scopes of the National Framework for Civils and Infrastructure and the National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation, replacing the existing two Frameworks. The current Civils and Infrastructure Framework is set to expire May 2026, the current Demolition Framework is set to expire upon execution of this procurement. It is proposed that this new Framework will be for a four year term from September 2026.
The Framework intends to appoint a number of Contractors to provide a full range of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works, Demolition works and Land Preparation works.
The resulting Framework will be UK wide and will be available to all Public Sector Bodies.
