Leeds Building Services to procure two Subcontractors to Supply and Fit Flooring on our Social Housing Contract in the areas Lot 1: R1-R5, and Lot 2: R6-R9 . The contract involves the supply and installation of floor coverings to Domestic properties on the Housing Responsive Repairs and Voids Contract. Each lot will be awarded to one contractor.
The appointed contractor will complete works within the R1-R5 area.
