36 month Landscape Maintenance Services for areas owned by Abertay Housing Association located in Dundee and surrounding areas.

Provision of housing support services to assist individuals and households experiencing homelessness, housing instability or requiring support to sustain accommodation. The service will contribute to homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, independent living and improved wellbeing outcomes. The requirement is expected to include: - Housing First support services for individuals with multiple and complex needs. - Outreach tenancy support services for people residing within the Falkirk Council area. - Supported accommodation services, including accommodation management and support provision for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

The work and services to be undertaken comprises the provision of a term maintenance contract for an all-inclusive comprehensive annual inspection, servicing & maintenance contract, with provisional associated replacement works [including boilers, detectors, and associated works] and reporting for approximately 253 domestic and 2 commercial [office] gas central heating installations covering all parts, labour and certification to maintain fully functioning gas fired hot water & heating systems as categorised under the Right to Repair Statutory Scheme in the Employer’s tenanted flats/ houses (which quantity may vary from time to time) in Barlanark, Glasgow G33.

The scope of the Contract includes the provision of insurance cover, brokerage services (where applicable), professional advice, claims management and loss control services for property, legal liabilities and other general insurances as required by Ardenglen Housing Association Limited for a period of three years commencing 01.04.2027, with the option to extend by up to a further two years at Ardenglen Housing Association Limited’s sole discretion. The Contract will involve gutter cleaning maintenance and roof inspection services throughout Glasgow. The Contract will principally include; Gutter cleaning maintenance; and Roof inspection services and a comprehensive report prepared by the Contractor for each property. The Contract may also include cleaning of roof skews, valleys and flashings, and also remedial, minor repair works to the existing roof finishes, drainage and disposal systems, stonework and chimneys and roof services resulting from the Contractor’s roof inspection and report to each property. The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 6th January 2027 and the completion date is 5th January 2030. Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator’s (Refer Tender Document G), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of two further years until 5th January 2032.

It is Cadder HA's intention to enter a contract with one contractor to deliver their programme of electrical inspections (EICR’s) for a three year period.

2. Renfrewshire Council requires a single Contractor to supply an end-to-end service to monitor the internal environmental conditions (including Temperature, Relative Humidity and CO2 Levels) of their housing stock, through the use of Environmental Sensors, for the next 8 years. This will include providing the Council with data, reports and analysis of the collected data, and subsequent recommendations on a per property and property type basis.

The Contract applies to common close stairs, floors and landings including finishes, walls including finishes, ceilings and undersides of stairs/landings, windows, frames and cills, front & rear common close doors, utility boxes, light fittings and front approach pathways properties belonging to or factored by Glen Oaks Housing Association within Arden, Glasgow (Refer Tender Document 5). The Contract term will be for an initial three year period commencing on 1 April 2027 with 2no optional 12 month extensions up to a maximum contract duration of five years overall from 1 April 2027. The decision to award the Contract extensions will be at the discretion of Glen Oaks Association and will be on the basis of one year increments. Bidders should note that the list of properties and scope of works required to be carried out may increase or decrease during the contract period. Bidders are also advised that Glen Oaks Housing Association may extend the Contract to additional locations throughout Arden to take account of any changes to requirements or new stock acquired during the Contract. This service will commence on 1 April 2027 and the specification requirements will be provided on a weekly, monthly or annual basis (refer Tender Document 2 ‘Close Cleaning Specification).
