The successful Candidate will be responsible for the landscape maintenance, landscaping work and services to be undertaken (hereinafter referred to as ‘the works’ or ‘the services’) as described at Schedule 3, Scope & Description of Works, in/ around the Employer’s properties as indicated in the Schedule1 maps, Glasgow G31, G40 & G45, which is the Contract Area.
