The Trust has three medical trailers for which it requires ongoing maintenance services. Two of the trailers are mobile breast screening trailers (one is 14 years old and the other is coming up to 1 years' old) and the other trailer is a mobile MRI trailer (this trailer is 7 years old). The Trust's high level requirements are periodic servicing (see below for further details) of the trailers, MOT tests, a responsive repairs service and a warranty covering repairs (including labour, travel and materials) with the exception of those caused by normal wear & tear, damage caused by the Trust and damage caused by patients. Each trailer would require five minor services per annum and one major service in combination with the MOT test. Details of likely requirements for each service type are listed below - MINOR SERVICING - Generator service - All water filters including drinking water - Lighting: inspect and test all lighting (interior/external/emergency) - All alarms and warning systems: security / safety / patient call / panic alarm - Check and test the installed reporting system : telematics and SMS - Hydraulic power pack and legs and check oil level. - Internal: check cupboards (door furniture/hinges/closures) and work surfaces - External: check body panels, all joints, locker systems (closures, hinges, rams etc) door furniture - Air Conditioning: routine checks - Chiller unit: twice yearly inspection and servicing to include F-Gas compliant leak test, glycol check % and acid test (refrigerant). NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (the Commissioner) is publishing this notice to inform the market of its intention to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process for the award of a contract for a Mental Health Community Step-Down Facility. The service will provide a 9-bed, community-based step-down facility for adults with severe mental health needs who are ready for discharge from acute inpatient services and require further assessment and support in a non-hospital setting. The Commissioner has a strong preference for providers that can demonstrate their ability to fully mobilise the service within twelve weeks of contract award. Providers should be able to evidence a credible mobilisation plan, including arrangements for premises, workforce, governance, and operational infrastructure necessary to deliver the service from the contract commencement date. Providers who believe they are capable of delivering this service are invited to express their interest within 14 days of publication of this notice. Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) seeks to engage with potential suppliers via this Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to seek feedback and information to the provision of Flow Cytometry Instrumentation and Reagents to CUH. Clinical flow cytometry is currently performed within the Haematopathology and Oncology Diagnostic Service (HODS) and Immunology departments based in 2 separate locations at Addenbrookes's Hospital. 1. The HODS service is a regional specialist integrated diagnostic and follow-up service for Haematological neoplasms, serving a population of approximately 4 million. HODS perform a wide range of highly complex flow cytometry assays (8-10 colours) including those for monitoring minimal residual disease (MRD). Current workload is around 20,000 assays per year. 2. Immunology at CUH provide a routine diagnostic service of nearly 6,000 tests a year. In collaboration with Clinical and research teams across the Trust, Immunology are expanding their existing repertoire, to support diagnosis of Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). The requirements are anticipated to include: - Provision of flow cytometry instrumentation (at least two separate flow cytometry systems will be required due to location of clinical laboratories) - Provision of reagents to support a wide range of diagnostic assays across the two services - Provision of pre-analytical automation solutions - Digital connectivity solutions including off-line analysis and integration into EPIC EPR.
