Child Focus Courts represent a complete reform of the family courts system, adopting an investigative and problem-solving approach to improve the experience of family courts for children and bring in additional domestic abuse support for victims. The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire is looking to procure a supplier to deliver the domestic abuse support for victims to support this model.

The Authority would like to formally engage with industry via this UK4 Notice. The Lightning Delivery Team requires the Supplier to provide diagnostic and repair services in support of the Spectroil M machines. The Spectroil M machines are utilised to perform analysis of oil samples from the F-35 engine and lift fan. The proposed requirement will cover the annual servicing, calibration and repair of the equipment. The Supplier will be responsible for: - One annual preventative maintenance & service visit per year, per unit for the four Spectroil M machines, inclusive of all required parts and spares. - Repair activities for the four Spectroil M machines throughout the duration of the contract, as required. The contractor shall provide all personnel, repeat attendances, labour, replacement parts, spares, consumables, tools (including any specialist equipment) and any other resources required to rectify identified faults. - Call out activities will be completed at UK mainland sites only. - Provision for the ad-hoc supply of consumables (The Authority may utilise this as an option). The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria is advertising a tender opportunity for a supplier to deliver Child Focused Courts: Independent Domestic Violence Adviser (IDVA) Support Service within Cumbria. Child Focused Courts represents significant change to private law children cases. The model aims to improve the experience and outcomes for children and families, particularly adult and child victims of domestic abuse. It focuses on early identification of risk, increased engagement with children and bespoke support for victims, all within a streamlined court process. Within the model, there is a funded pathway for Cafcass or local authorities to refer victims of domestic abuse to specialist agencies for IDVAs provide expert risk assessment and support. The estimated Total value also includes potential extension period.

The Authority intends to procure a supplier with design capability, to manufacture, test, and deliver replacement coolant radiators for the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) Lancaster aircraft (PA474), together with associated technical documentation, certification, and in service support. The requirement comprises of replicating the original design standard , using modern day equivilance where necessary, to enable the production of six (6) replacement radiators, including two (2) spares, using a “design from pattern part” approach due to the absence of original drawings. The Sovereign Base Areas (SBA) Police wish to appoint a third-party contractor to provide support, maintenance and software maintenance services for the SBA Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system in Cyprus.
