The service will provide specialist, trauma-informed support, advocacy, risk assessment and safety planning for adult victim-survivors of domestic abuse who are involved in private family law proceedings within the Child Focused Courts model. The service will work closely with Family Courts, Cafcass, local authorities and other relevant partners to identify and respond to risks at an early stage, support victim-survivors throughout court proceedings, and contribute to improved outcomes for children and families. The Contract will commence on 14 January 2027 for an initial period ending 31 March 2028, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) seek to appoint a Supplier to provide support services to the Northern Ireland Road Safety Partnership (NIRSP) and PSNI Fixed Penalty Processing Centre (FPPC). The NIRSP evolved from the Northern Ireland Safety Camera Scheme which was introduced into Northern Ireland on 1st July 2003. NIRSP/FPPC operates a mixed economy approach to resources with the PSNI employing a management team, which has responsibility for the governance and oversight of the daily operation of all facets of the partnership function and fixed penalty processing centre. All administration functions are carried out by managed service resources. The PSNI seek to appoint a supplier to provide support services to deliver the above including flexible supply and rostering of resources to meet the NIRSP/FPPC demands to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered. Project Background: Research commissioned by the Greater London Authority on Understanding the Manosphere (2025) found that many boys and young men are navigating increasing uncertainty around identity, masculinity, purpose and belonging. Evidence suggests that social isolation, loneliness, limited access to trusted adults, and exposure to harmful online content can increase vulnerability to misogynistic and harmful online narratives. At the same time, research highlights that boys and young men are seeking guidance on issues such as relationships, identity, wellbeing and masculinity, often in online spaces that can expose them to harmful or misleading content. Emerging evidence indicates that strengthening critical thinking, digital literacy and opportunities for open discussion and reflection can help young people to better understand, question and challenge harmful content and online influences. Research also demonstrates the importance of trusted relationships, positive male role models, supportive peer networks and meaningful offline spaces as protective factors that support healthy identity development, resilience, wellbeing and positive relationships. These opportunities can help boys and young men explore identity, belonging, relationships and different experiences and expressions of masculinity in safe and supportive environments. This evidence sits within a broader context of concern about the impact of online misogyny and harmful online narratives on both boys and young men and on the safety and wellbeing of girls and young women. Research highlights increasing exposure to misogynistic content online, the role of algorithms in amplifying harmful narratives, and the importance of early intervention approaches that build critical thinking, digital literacy, emotional wellbeing and healthy relationship skills. Evidence also highlights the value of creating spaces where boys and young men can explore identity, belonging, relationships and masculinity, reflect on the influences shaping their views, and develop resilience to harmful online content and messaging In response, the Mayor has launched a programme of activity to challenge harmful online narratives and support boys and young men to develop confidence, resilience and a strong sense of identity. In June 2026, the Mayor warned of the risk of a "lost generation of young men" if the growing influence of harmful online content is left unchecked, announcing a package of interventions to strengthen support for boys and young men at home, in schools and across communities. The Mayor's polling found that only 15% of Londoners believe boys and young men have access to enough positive role models, reinforcing the need for investment in trusted adults, mentoring and positive influences. The VRU is leading the development of this programme of interventions. Through mentoring, workforce development, support for fathers and carers, and preventative work in education settings, the programme aims to strengthen critical thinking and digital literacy, increase access to positive male role models and trusted adults, support boys and young men to explore identity, belonging, relationships and masculinity, and reduce vulnerability to exploitation, violence and harmful online influences. Defence Munitions (hereafter referred to as ‘the Authority’), requires the Contractor to provide a replacement for the current pipework installation installed at Defence Munitions (DM) Beith (Ayrshire). The contractor should provide an engineering solution for the removal of existing pipework, installation of a suitable replacement pipework and testing of complete installation.

The Service will support all adults living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire who have been sexually assaulted, raped or abused, either recently or in the past, including when the adult was a child. It will support victims and survivors regardless of whether or not they have reported the crime to the police. It will also support close relatives of victims and survivors as appropriate.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Warwickshire invites tenders for the provision of Victim Support Services across Warwickshire. The PCC seeks to commission experienced providers to deliver high-quality, accessible and specialist support services for victims and survivors of crime including family members and friends where appropriate, enabling individuals to cope with and recover from the impact of crime, access appropriate support and exercise their rights under the Victims' Code. Services will contribute to the PCC's wider priorities of supporting victims and survivors, protecting vulnerable people, improving access to justice, reducing violence against women and girls, reducing inequalities in access to support and improving wellbeing and recovery outcomes. A Request for Information (RFI) in connection with the removal and disposal of the oil remaining on the wreck of HMS CASSANDRA, a WWI era Royal Navy cruiser sunk off the coast of Estonia in the Baltic Sea on 05 December 1918 after striking a naval mine. Provision of a Torpedo Repair and Maintenance In-Service Support Contract for the Royal Navy’s Spearfish Heavyweight Torpedo (HWT) and Sting Ray Lightweight Torpedo (LWT)

The Authority requires a safe, reliable and supportable suite of ceremonial charges compatible with the RN 3 Pdr Saluting Gun, Army Quick Fire 13 Pdr Field Gun and L118 105mm Light Gun. The charges must provide the required audible and visible ceremonial effects, by day and night, while ensuring risks to personnel, the public and the environment are tolerable. The capability must remain effective throughout its service life and operating environments and be suitable for authorised storage, handling and transportation, while meeting defined safety requirements for noise, debris, combustion products and safety constraints.

Specialist maintenance and engineering support services to support the safety and availability of Royal Navy and wider maritime assets

The Authority intends to procure approximately 200 closed-circuit mixed gas diving life support systems to replace and renew military diving capability for the Royal Navy and associated users undertaking underwater defence tasks. The capability is expected to remain in service for approximately 10 years and is intended to support worldwide operational deployments and training. The solution is expected to comprise a robust, low-maintenance, electronically monitored and controlled closed-circuit mixed-gas rebreather system with depth-appropriate bailout systems, low magnetic and acoustic signatures, and the ability to integrate with other life support systems. The solution is expected to support dry, wet and simulated training scenarios, including fault insertion for training purposes. It should be suitable for military diving operations across a wide range of operating environments whilst remaining operable in austere climatic conditions. The Authority is seeking improved dependability, employability and safety through enhanced human factors, reduced user burden, simplified maintenance and streamlined pre-dive preparation. The procurement is also expected to include associated training solutions, maintenance, technical documentation, spares and in-service support arrangements. NAD (National Armaments Director Group, part of the UK Ministry of Defence (previously Defence Equipment and Support)) intends to award a contract under Procurement Reform Regulations of 2023 by means of competitive flexible procedure, for the supply and through-life support of boresight kits (boresights and interchangeable mandrels/adapters) for use on multiple weapon systems/calibres within Land Equipment Operating Centre (LEOC). The Combat Vehicles 2 team (a LEOC team) are leading this project as they have a confirmed requirement of 295 boresight kits, with an initial requirement to obtain 50 boresight kits within 4-6 months of contract award. This contract may also include options to allow other teams to purchase additional quantities to fulfil their own requirements in due course. The approximate total quantity of these optional buys is c.400 boresight kits (at current estimates). As the other team’s requirements are not fully matured, we are currently unable to quote an exact contract value and duration. We estimate the duration to be between 1-3 years, and the overall contract value to be between £2,000,000 - £5,000,000, but this will be dependent on the confirmed ranging and scaling of other teams’ requirements. A Cyber Risk Assessment (RAR-JLG5AJJ) has been completed for this project, and it has been classed as Level 1. The Authority has a requirement to provide In-Service Support (ISS) for its Counter-Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear (C-CBRN) capability that provides Detection, Identification, Monitoring (DIM) of CBRN threats. The ISS requirements are to include the calibration, maintenance and repair of a wide range of CBRN equipment along with the procurement of C-CBRN capital equipment and consumables to support the C-CBRN Reconnaissance and Exploitation Team (RET) & Biological Surveillance & Collector System (BSCS).
