Hook Parish Council is looking for an experienced and reliable company based locally to Hook, Hampshire, RG27 9NN to complete weekly emptying in the region of Parish owned bins, glass checks early in the morning three times a week. The organisation must provide evidence of having prior experience of undertaking such work, have a proven track record of a high level of customer satisfaction. The organisation must demonstrate the ability to be responsive, flexible, with a response time of less than 1 hour for emergencies. There are in the region of 50 Parish owned bins each located in several locations with their own unique emptying schedules. The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the Environment and Community Administrator, with the expectation to attend regular meetings to ensure that each area is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and safety. The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Robert May’s School. The school has 1350 students on roll and 175 teaching and support staff. The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The School year is based on a calendar of 195 days. Five days are to be used for staff professional development which means that School will be open to receive students for the legal minimum of 190 days. The contract offered covers the scope for the provision of all cleaning services within the School, which currently comprises 7 buildings over a fairly compact site – mainly classrooms and offices with a few specialist areas including a sports hall, gym, drama studio, dining hall and a main hall. Contract cleaning areas of the school is 8747.62 sqm2. Whilst the School prioritises value for money as a key objective of the Competitive Tender Process, the Governing body is not obliged to accept the lowest price. Thames Water Utilities Ltd wishes to establish a framework agreement for a range of sewer rehabilitation, CCTV and Cleaning works and services on gravity and rising mains across the entire Thames Water Region included but not limited to structural lining, pipe replacement, patch repairs, leak tight lining, pipe bursting and associated manhole sealing. Ascendancy Partnership Trust (APT) is a specialist Multi-Academy Trust serving children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across Berkshire. Included in the tender is the requirement for Cleaning Services for Addington and Brookfields schools. The schools within Ascendancy Partnership Trust provide education and support for pupils with a broad range of special educational needs.
