Yorkshire Water is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Meter Verification Goods & Services to support its Clean Water Networks operations. The scope includes the supply, hire, installation, deployment, verification, calibration, monitoring, maintenance and retrieval of portable flow metering equipment, together with associated technical services to support accurate flow measurement, network monitoring, leakage management and regulatory compliance. The contract also includes data collection, validation and reporting, meter repair, equipment maintenance, battery management and management of Yorkshire Water-owned meter inventory. The services will include, where required, site surveys, installation of clamp-on and insertion flow meters, insertion probe installations, including work on live water mains and the installation of saddles where required, work on operational water assets, confined space working, traffic management and associated specialist activities. The Grounds Maintenance is structured to be a regionalised split of the North, East, South and West, with a fifth specialised services provider for critical site locations.
