The works will primarily involve the full or partial rewiring of tenanted residential properties, including:
Safe isolation, removal, and replacement of existing electrical installations.
Installation of new wiring, consumer units, sockets, switches, and lighting in compliance with current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
Associated testing, inspection, and certification of installations.
Minor making good following intrusive works (plastering, sealing, and finishes).

The contract will focus on three main areas:
1) Communal area cleaning of internal communal areas at Leasehold, Shared Ownership, Over 55’s schemes and General Needs Housing – (65% of total contract value)
2) Corporate office cleaning of Trent & Dove Head office (Trinity Square) – (20% of total contract value)
3) Window cleaning services at 5x Over 55s Schemes, T&D Head office, and the communal blocks on many of our Housing Estates – (15% of total contract value)
The required services will include:
• Comprehensive cleaning of communal internal areas, including hallways, communal toilets, communal bathrooms, scheme kitchen areas, bin stores, stairwells, lobbies, and shared utility spaces.
• Scheduled window cleaning of external glazing, to include all windows or only communal windows dependant on tenure type and accessible internal communal windows, utilizing reach-and-wash systems or traditional methods where appropriate.
• Periodic deep cleaning and floor treatments, including carpet cleaning, hard floor buffing, and the removal of ingrained dirt or staining.
• Provision of minor environmental services, such as the removal of localized bulk waste/fly-tipping and the sanitization of bin store areas.
• Adherence to Health and Safety regulations, including the provision of site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), particularly for working at height and around wet floors.
• Proactive site reporting, including the identification and notification of communal repairs, lighting failures, or health and safety hazards to the Association.
• Effective communication and resident engagement to ensure minimal disruption and high levels of customer satisfaction.
