The works will primarily involve the full or partial rewiring of tenanted residential properties, including: Safe isolation, removal, and replacement of existing electrical installations. Associated testing, inspection, and certification of installations. Minor making good following intrusive works (plastering, sealing, and finishes). Liaison with tenants to minimise disruption and ensure safe working within occupied homes. The contractor will be expected to demonstrate strong health and safety management in accordance with CDM 2015, hold appropriate accreditations (e.g. NICEIC, ECA, SafeContractor), and ensure all operatives have up-to-date training, DBS checks, and asbestos awareness. Digital certification and record management are key elements of delivery.
