Description

T&D are looking to procure a single-service provider to deliver a comprehensive range of Legionella and water hygiene management activities. This will include, but not be limited to, Legionella risk assessments for both public/communal areas and domestic properties, Legionella sampling, ongoing water hygiene monitoring and management, and specialist consultancy and training. The scope also covers related professional services, remediation works, and interventions necessary to ensure T&Ds full compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG274 Part 2. The appointed provider will be expected to deliver these services to the highest professional standards, ensuring legal compliance, safeguarding public health, and supporting the organisation’s proactive approach to water safety management.
