The Contracting Authority requires a cloud-based Social Value and Sustainability Monitoring & Management System that enables the organisation to capture, manage, monitor, verify and report both social value and sustainability commitments across procurement activities and contracts.
The system shall support the full lifecycle from procurement and supplier selection through to contract mobilisation, delivery, reporting, assurance and continuous improvement. The solution must provide a transparent, auditable and evidence-based approach to managing environmental, social and economic outcomes.
We are carrying out Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the provision of Social Value and Sustainability measurement and management software on ProcureCo, the dedicated digital platform for preliminary market engagement.
The purpose of this exercise is to consult with suppliers to shape the tender for this particular contract going forward, ensuring that the tender questions are efficient, deliverable, and effective. All feedback and information shared by participating suppliers will be treated as completely confidential.

The Riverside Group (TRG) is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise to help shape the future procurement of a materials merchant service supporting responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance across its housing portfolio. We are seeking supplier feedback on a proposed end-to-end solution covering materials supply, delivery and logistics, van stock management, branch support, systems integration, management information and commercial arrangements. The engagement will help us understand current market capability, identify innovative solutions and ensure our future tender delivers operational efficiency, value for money and supports TRG's move towards a more delivery-led operating model.
