The Mental Health Support Service will work in collaboration with the Humberside Force Control Room (FCR) staff, Police Officers on duty and the Mental Health Providers across the Force area providing early and timely access to advice and support. The overall objective of the service is to provide service users who contact the Humberside FCR with access to a co-located service, which will offer advice, support, safeguarding advice and signposting for people who are identified as having mental health issues or are vulnerable as a result of a mental health situation.

The Victims’ Hub Service will provide a one point of contact for all individuals affected by crime in the Humberside region. The service will provide initial needs assessments and access to a range of support services through defined support and care pathways. This specification is for the delivery of a Victims Hub service for adults and young people. The purpose of the Hub Service is to provide a trusted, comfortable, co-ordinate and simplified access to the support service and the Criminal Justice System (CJS) for individuals already and at risk of being affected by crime. The service will provide tailored pathways for Humberside victims to access wider healthcare, social care, and criminal justice processes to improve individual health and well-being, as well as criminal justice outcomes.

The provision of an adult and child ISVA and counselling services appropriate to victims’ and survivors’ needs, within a person-centred, trauma informed approach. Providing high-quality, timely and accurate information to service users and key stakeholders about their care and treatment options to ensure that service users are fully involved in decisions about their care. This involves the provision of information and support to those supporting, including families and children

Like many organisations, the past few years have been difficult for many staff, with a significant number experiencing loss, trauma, and challenging personal circumstances. The OPCC wish to commission a service to continue to improve the wellbeing of staff members and ultimately benefit the organisation longer term. The contract issued will be for three years and will not exceed £75,000 (total value) The service will need to be delivered in the Humberside Police area and accessible for all staff.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking a provider to work with us to produce an impactful Humber wide public awareness campaign, with meaningful long-term engagement, this will broadly require: A detailed campaign plan spanning a two-year period, that takes into account the four local authority areas in Humberside and their differing communities and needs and listening to feedback from IAGs and practitioners. Rebranding of existing 1 minute video and social media assets for use online and digital assets for use on digital screens and billboards • Adaptation of assets for use on buses and bin lorries • Distribution and development of posters, beer mats and other printed materials for use in various settings including gyms, entertainment venues and shops • Development and delivery of a Humber wide radio campaign • Support to design a campaign specific web page with a call to action and pathways of support for men and boys, to be hosted on existing OPCC and VPP websites

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside (the “PCC”) in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of Vehicle Recovery Services and other related items on behalf of Humberside Police (HP) Vehicle Recovery Unit (VRU). The Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 (“the Regulations”) for the award of a Framework Agreement.

This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") has been issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside Police (the "PCC") in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of Measured Term Maintenance (MTM) Testing and Repairs. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 ("the Regulations") in order to award a framework agreement. The framework will be tendered in 7 maintenance service specific Lots: Lot 1: Access Lot 2: Electrical Lot 3: Fall Arrest Works Lot 4: Fire Services Lot 5: Mechanical Lot 6: Wet Mechanical Lot 7: Building Services The intention is to award any resulting Framework for a period of 4 years. Contracts let as call offs under this framework may run for a maximum period of 5 years.

The purpose of this service is to provide timely physiotherapy assessment and treatment for employees experiencing issues, affecting their day-to-day ability at work, with the aim of reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting return-to-work or full duty outcomes.

The Police and Crime Commissioner wishes to procure a system that can be developed in the future, but initially comprises of some basic functionality to build and maintain a database of victim needs. To include: • Secure database, stored on UK servers. • Accessible by web portal and via API from Victim Support's 'My Support Space' app. • Full accessibility features and Google Translate integrated • Full UK-GDPR compliance under 'consent' lawful purpose with integrated privacy notice and automated triggers for victims to review data periodically, with automatic deletion function • Full audit trail of all user access and actions within the system
