Like many organisations, the past few years have been difficult for many staff, with a significant number experiencing loss, trauma, and challenging personal circumstances. The OPCC wish to commission a service to continue to improve the wellbeing of staff members and ultimately benefit the organisation longer term. The contract issued will be for three years and will not exceed £75,000 (total value) The service will need to be delivered in the Humberside Police area and accessible for all staff.
