The Victims’ Hub Service will provide a one point of contact for all individuals affected by crime in the Humberside region. The service will provide initial needs assessments and access to a range of support services through defined support and care pathways. This specification is for the delivery of a Victims Hub service for adults and young people. The purpose of the Hub Service is to provide a trusted, comfortable, co-ordinate and simplified access to the support service and the Criminal Justice System (CJS) for individuals already and at risk of being affected by crime. The service will provide tailored pathways for Humberside victims to access wider healthcare, social care, and criminal justice processes to improve individual health and well-being, as well as criminal justice outcomes.
