The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of a supplier to provide the ECCA with suitable training venues at various locations across the UK that are near UK cities such as Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol and London. All venues must be close to good public transport links. There is no requirement to provide overseas venues. The requirement is for at least one London venue and two other locations across the UK. The failure to provide the minimum number of requested venues will result in disqualification from the process. Multiple rooms are required within each venue. This ITT to identify a commercial venue provider that meets the ECCA’s requirements for high quality venues and first-class customer service. The ECCA has been providing training services to law enforcement, government departments and private organisations for many years and has an excellent reputation for the delivery of its training, thus, high quality training venues are intrinsic to the product provided. The ECCA is therefore seeking high quality venues for education and training with purpose-built classrooms varying in size depending on the number of delegates attending the course. The usual optimum number of delegates is 12, although this can be extended to 14. There will be up to 2 trainers present as well. For the provision of Systemic Therapy for Families and Children. The need for a local authority funded offer of systemic therapy for children and families, which falls outside the scope of the NHS.   The service will primarily support families who do not meet the threshold for a specialist CAMHS referral but may risk further escalation and intervention if left without support. The service may also support individual children and young people open to Children and Families Social Care, if deemed appropriate by the referring worker.

The IPD provision will deliver a broad range of care to meet diverse and complex client needs. The City Corporation procures property insurance cover to limit the financial consequences arising out of significant damage to its assets and to meet its contractual obligations to leaseholders. The property insurance schedule consists of some 700 buildings/structures covering corporate, investment and residentail estates with a total insured value of c.£23BN. The property insurance will cover the cost of repair or replacement arising out of material damage to buildings/structures, contents, stock, and computers, and the consequential financial losses arising out of a comprehensive range of insured events. Included in the scope of the contract will be buildings/structures, contents, stock, computers, rent and business interruption values.
