The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of City of London Housing Lift Maintenance Services, to provide regular servicing in line with regulations and legislation, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive maintenance including lift breakdowns and passenger entrapments. This includes both in hours, and out of hours requirements with strict SLAs and KPIs on priority and time limits.

The City of London Police (CoLP) are currently undertaking a programme to modernise their estate through a mixture of the construction of brand new buildings and the refurbishment of existing buildings.
There will be 6 buildings within the future police estate of varying sizes and containing a wide range of functions, and they will be ready for handover to CoLP at different times across approximately a 2-year period from late 2026 to early 2029.
There will be a minimum of four sites requiring cellular network throughout. The deployment will be modular (different buildings will be brought online on different dates), but the contract must incorporate all sites, with aligned contract renewal dates and consistent SLAs.
It is possible up to three additional small sites may also require cellular connectivity, but this will not be known until these sites have been constructed.
The contract must be flexible enough to add additional sites as required. City of London requires further information which is outlined below.

Barbican Renewal Programme - Demolition and Structures
Refurbishment and alteration to an existing, occupied Grade II listed Brutalist concrete building (1965–1982) — not new-build; minimal structural intervention philosophy, using existing capacity and justifying retained elements without strengthening wherever possible.
The project comprises demolition, enabling, temporary works and primary structural design and construction across the Renewal Phase 1 work areas, together with a sitewide Contractor Design Portion (CDP) framework covering secondary/tertiary steelwork, non-loadbearing masonry, builders work openings, steel reuse and other structure-adjacent design responsibilities. This package also carries a defined allocation of architectural fabric-removal (“Advanced Works”) scope and a smaller number of new internal partition and screed items prepared by the Architect, allocated to this package because they precede, depend upon, or are structurally coincident with the demolition and structural strip-out sequence.

Report Fraud is a national service operated by CoLP. The service requires a modern IT Service Management (ITSM) capability to support its operational, technical, support and delivery management needs.
The purpose of this PME is to understand the market’s capability to provide an ITSM solution suitable for Report Fraud’s environment, including the associated services required to implement, configure, integrate, migrate to, train users on, hand over and support the solution.
Report Fraud is seeking market insight on solutions that are predominantly commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), SaaS-based or otherwise standard product offerings, configured to meet Report Fraud’s needs without unnecessary bespoke development. Suppliers are invited to explain where their solution can meet requirements through standard configuration, where optional modules or integrations may be required, and where customisation would be needed.
The future ITSM capability is expected to support core service management processes and operational reporting, while recognising the secure, regulated and nationally distributed nature of the Report Fraud service. CoLP is also considering how the Report Fraud ITSM requirement may align with the wider City of London Corporation ITSM procurement and future enterprise service management direction. The output from this PME may therefore in-form a Report Fraud-specific procurement route, feed into the wider Corporation ITSM procurement, or support a combined / aligned approach, subject to further internal review and procurement advice.
The total value is figure is currently intended to cover the implementation, licences and operation of the potential interim solution only. It excludes the longer-term ITSM replacement and the eventual transition into the Corporation’s future ITSM solution. Please note this is an indicative figure only, and we are at the early stages of this process.

This is a strip-out and renewal package across the whole MEP — Barbican Renewal Programme, not new-build construction. The works comprise the removal of existing, life-expired MEP infrastructure and installation of new plant, distribution and containment across multiple basement plant levels and public floors of a large, live, publicly operated arts venue (comprising a concert hall, cinemas, art galleries, conservatory, library, function rooms and car parks). The successful contractor will be required to work around continued public operation of the Centre, including phased access, full 12-month closure period from end June 2028, isolation and shutdown of live building services, and interfacing with retained plant and systems, across every work area.

The City of London Corporation is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement in relation to the proposed construction of a new Police Training Facility (PTF) at Hindmans Way, Dagenham Docks, London.
The proposals comprise a two-storey tactical firearms training facility of approximately 4,016m² GIA, including a 50m range with 12 aisles, stores, plant rooms, loading area and associated ancillary hub building.
The hub building will support the range and include locker/shower rooms, breakout space, meeting rooms, classrooms and offices. There is no armoury or secure ammunition store proposed.
The project also includes a separate two-storey skills training house for non-live fire training, an external training roadway including a roundabout, associated parking including EV spaces, and a proposed substation.
The facility is intended to provide firearms training for both the City of London Police and Essex Police.

delivered with the aim of supporting and enabling vulnerable adults to maximise their levels of independence at home and within the commnunity.
These services can help to lessen the escalation of needs, assist in the prevention of hospital admissions and avoidance and support the individual following discharge from hospital. Homecare services in particluar can potentially reduce admission
to high cost residential care settings for the Corporation’s residents.
This suite of services also supports the NHS hospital discharge (D2A) model, reducing hospital length of stay, improving outcomes for people (often better recovery within the home environment) and reduce acute bed capacity.
These services are delivered in accordance with a Care Act assessment and subsequent care and support plan, as well as a financial assessment for clients above income thresholds paying or contributing towards their respective care costs.

The City of London Corporation is undertaking pre-market engagement in advance of a future procurement for the provision of Venue and Events Audio Visual (AV) Services across Guildhall and associated event spaces.
The requirement is expected to include the provision, operation, maintenance and support of AV infrastructure and equipment, together with professional technical services necessary to support a varied programme of civic, ceremonial, corporate, cultural and commercial events.
The existing contract is due to expire in March 2027. In parallel, the CoLC is delivering a programme of AV infrastructure upgrades across Guildhall. Due to delays associated with planning approvals required for this historic estate, a significant proportion of the upgrade works are anticipated to take place during 2026. Consequently, the future contract will need to support both existing legacy systems and newly installed infrastructure during a transition period.
The successful supplier is expected to provide a comprehensive service, which may include:

AV equipment provision, management and operation.
Installation, maintenance and repair services.

The procurement of a furniture designer forms a crucial part of the Barbican Renewal project. Designers will be asked to think creatively about accessibility, flexibility and sustainability, for all audiences and artists who visit the Centre, and for any occasion.

The COL require an experienced OHP for 1 day per week for 45 weeks of the year spread evenly throughout the year. This part of the contract could be delivered by an Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (AFOM).
The COLP require an experienced OHP for 1 day per week for 45 weeks spread evenly throughout the year plus up to 17 days additional days. The additional days are to meet the Force requirement for recruitment and associated management meetings relating to recruitment and fitness to work procedure and advice. This part of the contract requires a Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM)
The OHP is scheduled to see 4 or 5 referral clients per day, or up to 5 candidates per day for recruitment medicals.
The combined requirement is for between 90 days of OHP time with an additional up to 17 days depending on police officer recruitment demand. This could be delivered by:
• One OHP
• Two separate OHP’s
• Two OHP’s where one is more experienced and prepared to supervise / support an Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.
The COL / COLP would require a regular named OH physician to deliver the service. The service would not expect there to be changes in the named physician delivering the service. (No more than 2 changes per year would be acceptable)
The contract would be for 2 years plus 2 years following performance review.
OHPs working on this contract are likely to be required to be Police vetted. All applicants are to demonstrate that they have a 3-year period of residency in the UK immediately before commencing working. The Authorities decision in relation to any vetting issues is final.
