Home Group Housing Repairs and Maintenance Dynamic Market
This housing Repairs and Maintenance Dynamic Market will be used to procure works and services for Planned Works, Responsive Repairs and Voids.
This may include but is not limited to:
Planned works: Fencing, Roofing, Flooring, Windows & Doors, Electrical Upgrades & Re-wires, Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrades and Replacements, Full Heating Replacements, Pointing & Wall Tiles. Also included are Refurbishment and Decarbonisation Works
Responsive Repairs: Fencing, Roofing, Flooring, Windows & Doors, Heating Systems and Electrical Repairs.
Voids: All Repair Works, Cleans, Gas Safety Check, Electrical Safety Check, Energy Performance Survey and EPC.
