This housing Repairs and Maintenance Dynamic Market will be used to procure works and services for Planned Works, Responsive Repairs and Voids. This may include but is not limited to: Planned works: Fencing, Roofing, Flooring, Windows & Doors, Electrical Upgrades & Re-wires, Kitchen & Bathroom Upgrades and Replacements, Full Heating Replacements, Pointing & Wall Tiles.
