Education Authority (EA) invites tenders to deliver both a BTEC Level 3 National Diploma
in Sport and a BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Coaching and Development for St.
Colm’s High School for the period of 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2028 and the
option to extend for periods up to and including 24 months. Suppliers who wish to

Appointment of Integrated Supply Team for a New Build for Integrated College Dungannon
Redevelopment of existing Integrated College Dungannon to provide a new integrated post primary school to accommodate circa. 700 pupils (as existing). Proposed works to include demolition of existing buildings, phased construction of new two storey school accommodation and extension to existing sports block. Other works include 2no. new grass pitches, 5no. new tennis courts, hard play areas, a sensory garden, cycle parking area, fencing, retaining walls, car parking, landscaping and all associated site works. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the main school site will be maintained off Gortmerron Link Road and an additional access point is proposed through to Stevenson Park Rugby grounds, to facilitate the southern pitches.

**This is not a tender exercise*** The Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) would like to invite participation in a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to seek the views of the market for the provision, in the first instance, of a Catering System within Northern Ireland schools, supporting modern, secure and efficient payment methods and managing risks associated with special diets within schools. The purpose of this PME exercise is for EANI to gain an understanding of the latest developments and innovative solutions available for school settings and will be used to assist EANI in gaining a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirements, the most appropriate procurement and operational approach, the capacity of the market to deliver the requirements and an opportunity for the market to highlight any possible risks or issues. This PME exercise also seeks to identify indicative costs to help inform the business case on the commercial aspects for the delivery and implementation of solution(s). For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase of the project and is not part of any formal procurement process and there is no commitment at this stage to carry out such a process. Any information gathered will not be considered in any future tender exercise. Please note that participation or non-participation in this PME exercise shall not prevent any supplier from participating in any future procurement process, nor is it intended that any information provided shall place any supplier at an advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement exercise. The provision of an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) to develop the Employer’s Brief in
relation to the design and delivery of a new St Columban’s Primary School. The ICT shall
develop the design and complete the RIBA (2020) Stage 4 Technical Design before
appointing a Contracting Team to undertake the construction of the new St Columban’s
Primary School. The ICT shall undertake the procurement, appointment and management
of the Contracting Team on behalf of the Employer and shall continue to manage and
oversee the project through the remaining stages of the RIBA 2020 Plan of Work 5-7.
