The Port of Dover is seeking to procure and implement an integrated Cargo Management System (CMS) to replace its existing Warehouse Management System and provide a single platform for the management of cargo operations across the Port.
Dover Harbour Board is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver a comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) service. The provision should support the Port in maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment for all employees.
The supplier must provide proactive, responsive, and high-quality services across occupational health, including pre-employment screening, health surveillance, and drug and alcohol testing. The supplier should act as a partner, working collaboratively with Dover Harbour Board to proactively identify health risks, provide expert advice, and support continuous improvement in employee wellbeing.
The service should include robust reporting, clear clinical governance, and full compliance with relevant UK legislation and industry best practice.
Dover Harbour Board intend to establish an IT Infrastructure Framework centred around 4 Lots:
1. Access Control
2. CCTV
3. Data Cabling & Infrastructure
4. Radio Infrastructure
The Scope of this contract will cover implementation of expansion to the OPTICS software solution to cover:
• Berths
• Ferry Operator data exchange
• Check-in
• UTP and inbound exit
• OBC
This will encompass development of data integration with the ANPR middleware server (GDS Server), development of business rules and logic to interpret the live traffic data, creation of new dashboards and APIs. Delivery will include testing, project documentation and training.
