The supplier should act as a partner, working collaboratively with Dover Harbour Board to proactively identify health risks, provide expert advice, and support continuous improvement in employee wellbeing. The service should include robust reporting, clear clinical governance, and full compliance with relevant UK legislation and industry best practice.
