Bidders should demonstrate the capability and resources to deliver this project effectively, including the management of any subcontracted activities such as scaffolding. Anchor expects the appointed contractor to retain overall responsibility for all elements of the works. The project comprises internal and external redecoration works at an occupied freehold retirement development consisting of 26 two-bedroom bungalows and 4 three-bedroom purpose-built properties. A number of these properties have conservatories of varying designs, which impact affect access requirements. The proposed works include a combination of the following activities: - Removal and replacement of rainwater goods (up to connections with but excluding guttering around each conservatory) - Timber repairs including rotten timber replacement and 2-part epoxy resin care repairs - Preparation and redecoration of fascias, soffits (as required), remaining timber bargeboards, undercroft rafters and associated roofline timbers - Garage timber repairs and redecoration including full preparation and redecoration - Timber front entrance door, bin storage door and entrance archway redecoration including full preparation and redecoration - Limited internal decoration of walls (3 communal rooms), skirting boards and doors in identified areas - Waste removal and disposal - Scaffolding to high areas (with the exclusion of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs)) We invite any interested parties to register their interest in bidding for this project by 17:00 hours on 4th June 2026.
