Golden Lane Housing manages circa 1,429 homes (owned, managed and leasehold) across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The typical services under this contract will be to deliver planned investment works, compliance programme and servicing, responsive repairs, void works, estate services and out of hours (OOH) call handling service. The tender for repairs, maintenance and associated services is divided into four lots.
