This contract is for Provision of Cost Consultancy to Carlton Dene Development Scheme Additional information: The Carlton Dene project is a redevelopment of the former Carlton Dene care home and Peebles House in Westbourne Ward. The project will deliver 65 new self-contained extra care homes, 22 family sized apartments for affordable rent, new green space and an onsite café. The new contract for cost consultancy services is anticipated to commence on 22 May 2024 and cover the pre-construction services agreement and construction period up to February 2026
