Aster Group is looking to appoint a contractor to deliver its roof replacement programme from summer 2025 onwards which may include but is not limited to the replacement of pitched roofs, the replacement of flat roofs, the replacement of fascia's, soffits and rainwater goods and other associated roofing works. The approximate maximum value of this lot is envisaged to be circa 7000000 over the 3.5 year term. It is anticipated that the maximum term will be 3.5 years with an initial term of 1.5 years, with the option for a further two 1 year extensions. Additional information: The 3.5 year term is the maximum possible term.
