Appendix 1 - Schedule of Cover Please note sums insured should be in line with the recent reinstatement valuations, and shall be index-linked annually using an appropriate recognised construction cost index (for example BCIS or an equivalent methodology) throughout the contract period. Where a Tender submission uses values that differ from those contained within the Council's Tender documents, the Supplier must clearly identify each variation within its submission, together with the reason for the proposed change. Any proposed amendments must be readily identifiable and fully explained to enable the Council to evaluate their impact. All excesses must be clearly communicated.
