Dyma gyfle i ddatblygu cynllun trydan dŵr ar ystad CNC. Byddai’n golygu cytuno ar brydles ar gyfer defnyddio’r safle, gan gynnwys hawl tramwy ar gyfer gwaith adeiladu, cynnal a chadw a datgomisiynu.
