The General dental Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Office Cleaning Services across its premises located in London and Birmingham. The purpose of the service is to ensure that all areas within the GDC's premises are maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, supporting a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for staff, visitors and contractors. The cleaning services covered under this procurement will include routine, periodic, and ad hoc cleaning tasks across designated office spaces, welfare facilities, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
This lot covers the provision of comprehensive office cleaning services at the GDC's premises located within London. To be eligible to bid for this lot, Suppliers must be based or legally established in London and must demonstrate substantive and ongoing business operations within Birmingham that are sufficient to deliver the services, such as a permanent office or operational base, locally employed staff, and appropriate management oversight.
Contract period: 2 August 2026 → 2 August 2028
