NHG is seeking to appoint service providers for cleaning services across Essex. The procurement will be divided into two cleaning contracts-covering North and South Essex. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: general cleaning, window cleaning, bulk waste collectiona and supply of consumables Contract 1: Essex (North) Cleaning Chelmsford, Colchester, Epping, Harlow Contract 2: Essex (South) Cleaning Basildon, Brentwood, Castle Point, Rochford, Thurrock, Southend on Sea The 2 cleaning contracts (Essex North and Essex South) will be awarded separately to encourage market competition, promote SME participation, and reduce supply chain risks where applicable. There are no limitations on the number of lots / contracts a bidder may be awarded. Suppliers are permitted to bid for multiple lots, and if they achieve the highest score in each respective lot, they may be awarded all corresponding contracts.
