Hammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking to procure a single integrated advocacy service for Adults that combines statutory and community advocacy under one contract. The service will be delivered through a lead provider model, responsible for coordinating a network of specialist organisations and offering a single point of access for referrals. The contract will cover statutory advocacy duties under relevant legislation as well as discretionary community advocacy for residents who do not meet statutory thresholds.
