Hammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking to procure a single integrated advocacy service for Adults that combines statutory and community advocacy under one contract. The service will be delivered through a lead provider model, responsible for coordinating a network of specialist organisations and offering a single point of access for referrals. The contract will cover statutory advocacy duties under relevant legislation as well as discretionary community advocacy for residents who do not meet statutory thresholds. The service will be delivered borough-wide and must be responsive to emerging needs. The successful provider will be expected to demonstrate strong local engagement, consistent quality standards, and alignment with the Council’s values and strategic priorities.
