Partner investmentb. Community investment (this involves multiple types of grants)c. Elite fundingThe objective of the procurement is to acquire a system which meets the requirements of all three investment streams, as well as meeting the needs of users and stakeholders. The portal should be user-centred, easy to use, accessible, secure, and have the ability to be fully bilingual.
