ENGLISH: Overview of the Requirement: This is the procurement of a bilingual (Welsh/English) online investment system to host Sport Wales' three investment streams: a. Partner investment b. Community investment (this involves multiple types of grants) c. Elite funding The objective of the procurement is to acquire a system which meets the requirements of all three investment streams, as well as meeting the needs of users and stakeholders. The portal should be user-centred, easy to use, accessible, secure, and have the ability to be fully bilingual. It must also integrate with relevant internal systems, such as Sport Wales’ finance system, to support a smooth and efficient investment process.
