This is a planned procurement notice, to inform the market of an anticipated procurement process. Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) is preparing for a future procurement in relation to Repairs and Maintenance Services and Works. Lots will be split by Great Places four key regions and trade: Lancashire (North), Greater Manchester and Cheshire (South and Central) and South Yorkshire (East).
