- Stonework Repairs - Glazing Repairs - external only - Installation of PV inverter, PV panels and connections - Replacement of boiler - Single new external door - All proposed roofing works to include: Insulation and re-roofing of Fortescue hall including removal of asbestos tiles (assumed to be 50%), general patch repairs to other pitched roofs, new rainwater goods, redecoration of rafter ends and timber fascias, re-roofing and insulation to flat roof areas, AOV installation and MEP penetrations required by further phases. - Lightning Protection - Structural repair works to gable end - External scaffolding incl. Design - to allow works to complete (Provided design is for guidance only). - Internal scaffold incl. Design - Or crash deck as deemed required by contractor - Temporary fire lining of internal windows - Completion of Operation and Maintenance Manual for all completed works.
