The key elements for Project EVE include installation of new kitchen, new WCs to meet compliance requirements, Secondary glazing, a new heating system and full re-wire, redecoration and some other minor alteration and refurbishment works. The site has complex access constraints and working restrictions, these will be detailed within the tender documentation.
