Newport & Carisbrooke Community Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors / shopfitters to tender for alterations to and refurbishment of an existing retail unit to form a community hub at 64 High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight. Alterations will provide exhibition spaces, meeting rooms, office accommodation and associated ancillary areas.
