Newport & Carisbrooke Community Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of open-access youth provision in Newport for the period 2026-27. The commissioned service will deliver youth sessions Tuesday to Friday, between 3:0pm and 7:0pm, based in Newport. Provision should include a varied weekly programme of activities alongside low-level mental health and wellbeing support, effective safeguarding arrangements, and appropriate signposting to specialist services where required. This is a fixed-term commission for a transition year while the Council undertakes a wider review of youth provision and future delivery arrangements.
