The College are looking to procure professional services for a discrete piece of work that relates to part of the wider masterplan strategy that is progressing. Note, this requirement is for a specific task but there may be opportunity in the future to reengage services as part of the wider and larger masterplan strategy workstream. An assessment of the student accommodation that is currently in place across several locations within the campus is needed as an isolated workstream. The College is looking for a consultant that will be able to assess the accommodation that is in place and assess how this can be re provided all in one area of the campus, either in one / two buildings or in multiple buildings but within the same area of the campus.
