Technical advice to National Highways South West The Client objectives are to: - Develop the TA2 Framework scheme specific contract and finalise contract signing with the Technical Advisor no later than the end of April 2025. - Undertake a gap analysis of the existing scheme information to deliver renewal works through the agreed Procurement route for Significant Renewals (potentially either Crown Commercial Services (CCS) or SDF2 (TBC) with appointment of Technical Advisor and subsequently a Design and Build contractor. - Review existing Project Control Framework (PCF) standard and assemble a streamlined product matrix tailored to deliver this Significant Renewal scheme in line with the new Ways of Working following the the 3D+ approach. Keeping in mind that this is a Capital Renewal and Maintenance project, rather than an enhancement. It does not require full PCF. - This Capital renewal project will be delivered using powers as described in the Highways Act 1980. No Development Consent Order Planning application is required. - Deliverable - Supplier Quality Plan
