Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Development Company (CDC) and Cornwall Council is seeking to source and appoint suitably qualified training providers to deliver training to The People Hub Skills for Growth Project participants. Following a successful application to the European Social Fund, CDC's The People Hub has secured European Social Fund and Cornwall Council investment to deliver the Skills Support for Growth Project located in Cornwall and The Isles of Scilly. The total value of this opportunity is up to £500,000. It is intended that this will be spread across several suppliers according to the overall requirements, and the Applicant's capacity. As such Applicants are encouraged to bid for only the elements that they are capable and have the capacity to provide. The People Hub (CDC) Skills for Growth will offer qualifications at any accredited level, including basic skills. The intention is to appoint up to 10 training providers based on 25% Price, 60% Quality and 15% Social Value. This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Social Fund and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding body. Suppliers will be expected to comply with the relevant requirements and any associated regulations such as procurement, publicity, and eligibility criteria.
